Location and activities:	Belle Vue is in the seaside hamlet of St Efflam on coastal road - main picture. La Belle Fontaine (photo 5) is in small pretty hamlet of Corvezou at end of private lane. Both 20 mins Pink Granite Coast (photo 4). Golf, fishing and horse riding nearby.
Bedrooms:	Belle Vue - 5 bedrooms - 3 doubles 2 singles. La Belle Fontaine 4 bedrooms - 3 doubles, 1 twin. One of 3 doubles (photo 2) is on ground floor with shower room wc, washbasin at end of short corridor. One step down into shower room with grab handle for those needing this.
Bathrooms:	Belle Vue - one bathroom with bath and separate shower, wc etc plus lower wc. La Belle Fontaine - 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath, wc, sink and other with shower and wc.
Kitchen:	Belle Vue - independent kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer. La Belle Fontaine - new kitchen with all above items and usual electrical gadgets (photo 3).
Dining:	Belle Vue - separate dining room long table and chairs - period furniture. La Belle Fontaine - kitchen/diner with large oval table seating 6/8, great logburner. Nice views towards La Fontaine.
Living area:	Belle Vue small lounge - leather seats, sea views. La Belle Fontaine - squashy settee and armchairs, newly tiled floors and nice and light.
Entertainment on-site:	Belle Vue - French tv/radio. La Belle Fontaine dvd, video player, Fr live tv, cd player, radios in each room.
Outside:	Bellev Vue - garden around house fenced in. Parking inside garden area. Bbq area etc. La Belle Fontaine - large grounds - meadow woodland trail (photo 6), gravelled apron, bbq area parking, further gardens and the fountain or spring and freshwater pond (fenced). Views to Menez Brez - highest land point in Brittany.
General:	La Belle Fontaine - no passing traffic - at head of private lane. Own parking area inside grounds. Side path to meadow garden and meadow views.
Suitability:	All ages but La Belle Fontaine particularly suitable for lively children! Very peaceful but loads of running around areas and meadow trail (photo 6).

'Great Choice'
"Bellevue has a brasserie with sea views within 100yds and a hotel restaurant within 5 mins walk. Nearby are the towns of Plestin and Locquirec which both have a good choice of restaurants. La Belle Fontaine is close to 3 villages - Louargat 3km, Belle Isle 5km and Begard 5 km. At Louargat is the new (07) Prebystere Creperie and Grill open 7/7 (highly recommended), a pizzeria plus restaurant and a midday bar restaurant at the Relais-du-Menir. At Belle Isle is the very upmarket Relais-de-L'Argoat - the hotel restaurant is superb and Sunday lunches a speciality. There is also a very well known creperie opposite the church."

On top of this is the unforgettable La-Roche-Jagu Chateau and restaurant and the 80 acres of gardens landscaped to represent its medieval past. "

"Pink Granite Wonderland! This gite is well placed for visiting all of the above locations but is only 15 mins from Lannion the gateway to the beautiful Pink Granite Coast plus another 5 or so minutes direct to Perros Guirec. Here the sands look as if they have been bleached white especially at chic Trestraou Plage (thumbnail 7). Walk the Sentiers des-Douaniers (Customs Path). From the port on Trestraou Plage you could walk the old customs path or take a 5 min drive to Ploumanach the centre of the amazing volcanic geology that is the Pink granite Coast (thumbnail 4). Tregastel Plage nearby also has wonderful pink granite forms. "

"From Belle Vue, Lannion is the nearest best range of small and large shops whilst from La-Belle-Fontaine Begard, Guingamp and Lannion all offer a wide variety of shopping experiences – especially the latter two."

'Markets Galore!'
"From Belle Vue Villa, almost every day there are markets. Markets are usually in the mornings only so arrive early! Plestin nr Belle Vue which has a Tuesday evening market and one on Sunday. Locquirec’s is on a Friday and is the largest and the area’s most popular market -an all day affair at Lannion on Thursdays. The food is mornings only. Parking is a nightmare so arrive early!"

"From La Belle Fontaine Farmhouse market days for Louargat is Thursday, Belle Isle Wednesday and Begard Friday. Guingamp is easily reached in 10 -15 mins and has an all day market again on Friday."
