This delightful third floor flat could not be better situated in the medieval walled town of Dinan. Just a walk away from everything - shops, bars, restaurants, museum, gardens and the amazing port of Dinan with its picturesque bridges, bars and boat trips.

The flat has been totally refurbished. It is light and airy yet retains its charm. There are spectacular views of the basilica of St-Sauveur from the living room window and the clock tower from the bedroom window. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a large living/dining room and a well equipped kitchenette with electric hob, microwave grill and fridge.

Should you just feel like an evening in, then there is a good variety of entertainment - over 60 dvds which can be played on the combi tv; we have a music centre and a selection of cds and tapes covering classical, pop and rock, along with a small but interesting collection of books and a choice of board games, cards and puzzles.

The kitchenette, although small has a very good range of equipment to make your life a little easier, including electric kettle and toaster, a slow cooker, a sandwich maker, a coffee percolator and a juicer.  On the other hand, you will be spoiled for choice on what and where to eat out - all within a short walk from the flat.

A 10 minute walk down to the river port will give you the opportunity to relax in one of the many bars or restaurants along the riverside, with a glass of wine, a frosted beer or a cup of freshly brewed coffee, and watch the world go by.  Or, if you happen to be feeling more energetic why not rent out a small boat and do your own thing for an hour or 2.  A 30 minute stroll along the tow path will bring you to the village of Lehon, or go on the boat trip up through the lock, past the monastery to Lehon and back, all with a running commentary in French and English.
