Location and activities:	St Briac is a Breton coastal village of great beauty. Coaches divert along the coast road for passengers to take photos of the very pretty harbour. Seven lovely beaches within walking distance. Coastal walks. Magnificent championship 18 hole links golf course 10 mins walk along coast road. Tennis indoor and out, in the village. Windsurfing, sailing school, horse riding, walking (beautiful coastal path goes for miles!)

"Beautiful local beaches and cliff top walks. Dinard, a very attractive town, fashionable since the 1850's. Has own micro-climate where fig trees and palm trees grow. Dinan, a fine medieval town with river port. St Malo, a medieval town set within 12th century walls. Mont St Michel Abbey fortress, magnificent, a 'must' to visit. St Lunaire, a nearby holiday village, pleasant walks and fine beaches. Fort La Latte is a medieval castle where 'The Vikings' was filmed. An excellent visit. Intact 13th century. Rennes capital of Brittany, 45 miles. Old quarter plus modern shops. St Brieuc a 40 mins drive. Old quarter, market area plus modern shops. Coastal drives "

"Many fine beaches at and near to St Briac. Coastline similar to Cornwall with large expanses of white/golden sand, safe bathing and rock pools. Windsurfing is possible from many beaches in the area. Courses at nearby St Lunaire and Dinard. Sailing, St Briac has a sailing school. Golf at championship 18-hole course 5 mins walk from L'Ancienne Gare. Cycling. Lots of super bike rides around coast and villages. Walking. Many recommended along miles of coastal paths, around St Briac and local villages. Swimming. In addition to sea bathing, olympic size pools at Dinard (5 miles) and St Malo (8 miles). Mini-golf. Just along from the house, 2 mins, overlooking beautiful little harbour. Tennis courts at St Briac and nearby St Lunaire. Fishing. From the sea wall (2 mins) from rocks or fresh water in River Rance (en route to St Malo). Casino. 'Serious' casino at Dinard."
