The house is extremely well equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and glasses etc. There is a gas cooker with oven and gas hob and a microwave. A large fridge is also provided and a highchair for young visitors. Washing machine.

Other items include a tv with Sky, video player and dvd, radio/cd player, iron, electric kettle, stairguard, family games, a large video library, books, tourist guide, maps, boules, football, badminton racquets and shuttlecocks and a body board for surfing.

Outside is a patio area with hardwood table, chairs, parasol, sunloungers and bbq.

The garden is huge, 3000 sq metres, private and enclosed and very suitable for children.

In the nearby village of Querrien is a bar and restaurant with numerous other restaurants to be found locally.

In the surrounding beautiful countryside you can enjoy rambles along the River Laita, relax on beatiful beaches, horse riding, kayaking, fishing, golf or just visit the artists centre of Pont-Aven, historic walled town at Concarneau or the lovely narrow shopping streets of Quimper. The standing stones at Carnac are also within easy reach.
