Location and activities:	Beach only 5 minutes walk away. Other beaches are walkable or cyclable but the whole area is full of beautiful white sandy beaches and fantastic rivers such as the Aven/Belon. Goes without saying that the area is fantastic for watersport enthusiasts and amateurs alike but golfers are greatly catered for also as well as horse lovers and garden lovers with the excellent "Jardins de Rospico about 5 minutes drive away. The local festivals are superb and the rich fishing history and still ongoing industry is fascinating to explore at the nearby towns of Concarneau or a little further "Le Guilvinic" .
