About the Property

A beautifully renovated detached cottage with private garden and terrace, Logonna Daoulas, Finistère, Brittany.

Tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It has everything for a relaxed and comfortable holiday!

Coastal surroundings with several beaches. Many walking paths are close by overlooking the lovely 'Rade de Brest' (Baie of Brest). The town of Logonna Daoulas is built on a peninsula, the beautiful coastline of Brittany is therefore never far away!

The historic town of Quimper with plenty of shopping possibilities is 55km away. The larger and more modern town of Brest is 25km away. But you can also visit the famous Abbaye of Daoulas with exposition areas and relaxing gardens.

Local restaurants are in Daoulas with of course a crêperie (thin pancakes).

The children will absolutely love the swimming pool at Landerneau (17km) with slides and outdoor/indoor pools.

A magnificient 27-hole golf course is also situated between Daoulas and Landerneau.

Sandy beaches are in Brest or Telgruc (25km). A local beach (4km) is 'Le Bendy', well known with the locals for its clear water and quiet sunbathing.

Living area:	Large and comfortable living room. Tastefully furnished to very high standards. Two large sofas and 2 reading chairs. There is also a fireplace, with wood available for you to use! Equipment includes flat screen tv (32 inch) and dvd player with discs.
Bedrooms:	Two bedrooms upstairs with stylish decoration. One double bedroom (160 cm) and one twin bedroom (2 x 90cm). Each bedroom has cupboards for clothes (also hanging), bedside tables and reading lights.
Bathrooms:	Good size modern bathroom is upstairs. Double sink with bath. Separate toilet.
Entertainment on-site:	Books, cds and dvds are available in the cottage for use by our guests.
Garden and outside:	Lovely garden with terrace. Wooden chairs and table are available, and of course a bbq and equipment are ready at hand. Childrens climbing rack to play with and garden is fenced all around.
Parking and garaging:	Easy private parking just outside the cottage.
General:	This cottage has everything for a relaxed holiday. It has been fully renovated but has kept its country style feeling! And not to forget: bed linen and towels are included in the service.
