Your hosts Diane & Geoff Kitton offer you a warm welcome

On your arrival you will receive either coffee/tea or something cool to drink and a light snack.

The property has 3 double rooms and 1 twin room. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and colour co-ordinated.

Each bedroom has tea and coffee-making facilities. We also supply towels, toiletries and hairdryers, also washing and ironing facilities.

The house is fully heated throughout and in the winter months the lounge/diner has a log fire in the beautiful Breton fireplace.

Should the weather be unkind to you during your stay Diane and Geoff will be more than happy for you to relax in their lounge equipped with English tv, with a beverage of your choice.

Should you not want to drive too far your hosts will be pleased for you to enjoy the lovely countryside from the patio garden, and if you wish to have a bbq we will be happy to cater for you.

We are situated 1 hour from the coast. Pontivy market is on a Monday and whilst you are there why not look around the chateau. Also Josselin market on a Saturday only 45 minutes away.

Your hostess is an experienced chef having been cooking for more than 30 years. A choice of continental or English breakfast is available. The croissants are home baked and confitures home-made.

Sausages and bacon are English style from pigs reared on the nearby free range farm .

A range of evening meals is available on request at 15€ per person.

Whenever possible, all salads and vegetables are from our garden.

Set in the beautiful Breton countryside Kersulan is an Ideal location for a peaceful holiday all year round.

Pont Scorff Zoo 45 minutes away, well worth a visit, lots to see and do and within 5 mins there is the Pont Scorff river where you can enjoy a relaxing walk and watch the salmon jumping downstream.

'Bieuzy Les Eaux'
"The village is steeped in history from the 1st century, when the Romans set up a military camp at the site of Castinnec, where there is a view point looking down onto the hermitage of St Gildas a 5th century cave chapel built into the rock on the banks of the Blavet. Well worth the 5 minute drive, ideal for a few minutes peace and tranquillity. "

'Carnac'
"Carnac is famous for the megaliths, but also boasts miles of golden beaches, or the town and enjoy the shops and restaurants. "

'Malestroit'
"A beautiful old town with plenty of things to see and do, also some very good cafes and restaurants. Walk throught the town via the back streets and see the older houses and on to the white bridge over the River Oust where you can walk along the tow path. Within a 10 minutes drive is St Marcel where you can visit The Breton Resistance Museum and retrace the history of the 2nd World War. "

'Questinic'
"45 minutes away is the 16th century village of Poul Fetan open every afternoon throughout the summer where you can see butter being made, wool being spun, and cows milked by hand also watch the washer women at the lavoir. Plus lots of other activities. There is a bar/restaurant here and a pottery where you can see the potter at work."

'Zoo'
"A must to go and see Pont Scorff Zoo ideal for all ages large range of animals set in beautiful surounding, whilst there you can also visit the nearby river and enjoy a peaceful walk and watch the salmon moving down stream."

'Hennebont'
"Visit the the market town of Hennebont which has a market on Thursday morning. Plenty of bars and restaurants if you wish to stop for lunch or take a walk along the old town wall. Excellent fishing along the river bank. "

'La Trinite-sur-Mer'
"Take a walk along the harbour to the fish market open every day, or drive just along the coast to Quiberon, where you can enjoy shopping or take the ferry over to Belle-Ile-en-Mer and the numerous other islands. "
