Rocquefort, La Rochelle on the Atlantic coast only 60 min by car. A visit to Futuroscope in Poitiers is only 50 min drive.

The property is well situated for pleasant walks in the surrounding countryside. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking on the River Charente within 10km. Shops and restaurants all within 5km.
