Rural calm, no bright lights, but within 40 miles of coast, Cognac, St-Emilion, Bordeaux, Dordogne and one mile from Chevanceaux with shops, restaurants, doctors etc. Wine and food lovers paradise. Cognac producer 100 yards. Ideal base for exploring, sightseeing, walking or just winding down. We liked it so much we now live here with several cats.
