Both properties are ½ a kilometre from the nearest supermarket and ideally positioned to visit the towns of  La Rochelle, Poitiers (home of Futurescope), Santes, Bordeaux and Cognac. And if you want a day by the coast the beautiful beach of Ile de Rey is just over an hour away by car.
