"The Cote d'Azur is home to a huge selection of beaches, with soft sand and many beachside restaurants in Juan-les-Pins, a nice sandy beach and safe bathing cove at Mandelieu and a lovely off-road beach at Theole-sur-Mer (accessible from a little footpath off the coastal road)."

'Exploring the Area by Sea'
"Exploring the Cote d'Azur by boat provides a fresh air and stress free alternative to the often busy traffic. Boats leave Cannes and other coastal towns regularly taking you to St Tropez, Monaco and the Iles de Lerins (Ile Saint-Honorat and Ile Ste-Margarite) disembarking and exploring these lovely islands at your leisure."

"You can easily spend a full day shopping in the delightful beach front town of Cannes (only 20 minutes drive away). This is the place for serious clothes and accessory shopping.
