There is a large enclosed area to the rear of the house with a superb, completely private 30' x 15' heated swimming pool and latest electric safety cover, surrounded by a spacious terrace with loungers, table, chairs and pool house. To the rear there is also a large area separate from the pool with patio, barbecue and large table, ideally safe for children to play .

L'Andoussiere is not a touristy area, although it is within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and entertainment centres.We have tried most restaurants and our recommendations are listed at the house. This year we have added a table-tennis table and a selection of bicycles . The delightful countryside with many lakes and forests to discover is ideal for cycling and walking .

The house has a well equipped kitchen with a good sized fridge, oven, mini-oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are 4 double bedrooms with one en suite, all big enough for an extra single/cot. The lounge is very spacious with leather suite and 28” satellite tv/dvd etc. There is also a laundry room and we are now able to offer a linen service.

We have a small vineyard and offer complimentary wine as well as contacts for tasting/buying wine to take home.
