The stunning 65 acre estate of Les Sarrezinies is situated in Saint-Felix-de-Reilac, 10 minutes north of Le Bugue in the Pérgord Noir and is midway between the medieval towns of Bergerac, Sarlat and Périgueux.

The estate comprises meadows, woodland and for fishermen a large lake stocked with carp, tench and a 20lb catfish!  (All fish caught are returned to the lake). Please bring your own rods and barb free hooks.

We have a 2-hole practice golf range (bring your own clubs).

Kiwi cottage. Downstairs is a large open plan living area with original stone inglenook fireplace with log burning stove, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable Z-bed can be supplied for use in this area on request.

Upstairs has a bedroom with double bed and ample hanging and drawer space. Shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet and shaver point.

Outside has a small garden with bbq and garden furniture and views across the swimming pool.

Wren cottage. Downstairs the main living room has a fully-fitted kitchen, equipped for 6 people, a dining area and a spacious sitting room.

Upstairs has sufficent room to sleep 5 or 6 people in comfort with ample wardrobe and storage space. Two bedrooms, 1 with double bed, the other with 3 singles.

Outside there is a covered patio with bbq and garden furniture.

The pool 10 x 5m is adjacent to the cottages and is fenced with a safety gate. It has an interior light for night time use.

One mile away is a 18-hole golf course and 2 tennis courts. Canoes can be hired on the Vezere and Dordogne rivers, and in St Felix is an equestrian centre catering for riders from 10 years upwards.
