This bedroom is situated under the exposed roof timbers and taller guests would therefore be advised to duck when passing under the beams ! Further sleeping is provided on the sofabed located on the 2nd floor mezzanine.
Bathrooms:	A shower room (leading to utility room) is situated on the ground floor and on the first floor is a bathroom.
