Welcome! Our pretty villa is only 20 minutes drive from beautiful sandy beaches and 300 metres from the village boulangerie bars and restaurant, there is beer and wine in the fridge to help you unwind. Sit in the garden, dip in the plunge pool. Arrange a game of golf locally; or walk to the beautiful natural habitat of the marais, and the River Vilaine with wild otters and red kites, deer too. Our villa offers you a fenced garden with lawn and roses and safe parking.
Our villa offers all this and is now available at £499 per week high season 2009, £299 mid season, Special low season (October to end March) £89 + heating per week for 4!! Holiday in comfort with satellite tv, books, games, barbecue, garden furniture. In winter a log fire and electric central heating.
South facing with glimpses across the River Vilaine, the garden is fenced, with lawn and roses, a bbq, garden furniture and a plunge pool in high season.If you would like a meal on arrival, please let us know. We live nearby.

Sitting room with antique furniture, books, log fire, dining table and chairs, sat tv. Fully-fitted kitchen plus auto wash machine. All opening on to pretty garden with large patio, lawn and roses and room for boules.
Shops, restaurant and bar 300 yard walk. Scenic walks to river and woods from the doorstep!
Sandy beaches 20 mins drive. Redon and La Roche-Bernard for markets, boat trips, medieval cobbled streets. Golf at Caden 5km away. Villa, July, Aug, £499 per week; May, June and September £299 per week; WINTER £89 for 4 persons (plus heating) per week.
Note: No tolls on roads in Brittany!
English owners live nearby. Pets welcome, vet nearby.
Meal and wine available on arrival by arrangement. Either a cold platter with a jug of wine £7 per person, or a bottle of champagne with a cold chicken salad £30 for two persons! Linen also, £11 per person inc bed linen and towels.

Its a 20 minute drive from our cottage and well worth a visit. Redon offers exactly the same, but on Mondays"
