Welcome! Our pretty modern villa is only 20 minutes drive from beautiful sandy beaches and 300 metres from the village boulangerie, bars and restaurant, yet we are situated in a quiet cul de sac, with open fields and woodland at the end of our small road. Complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge to help you unwind. Sit in the garden, dip in the plunge pool. Arrange a game of golf locally; or walk to the beautiful natural habitat of the Marais, and the River Vilaine with wild otters, red kites, and deer. Fishing permits available. Our villa offers you a pretty fenced garden with lawn and roses and SAFE PARKING inside our double oak gates.

South facing with glimpses across the River Vilaine, the garden is fenced, with lawn and roses, a bbq, garden furniture and a PLUNGE POOL in high season. If you would like a meal on arrival, please let us know. Home cooked meals also available by request, during your stay. If you want to visit a local FLEA MARKET we can point you in the right direction.
PETS WELCOME ALL YEAR ROUND. Good local vet for pet passports. W-IFI AVAILABLE. We live nearby.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms. Double bedroom with washbasin, 2nd double bedroom, twin bedroom. Family bathroom with wc and bath. Views of the river. Downstairs. Second bathroom with shower and wc. Sitting room with antique furniture, books, log fire, dining table and chairs, sat tv. Fully-fitted kitchen plus auto wash machine. All opening on to pretty garden with large patio, lawn and roses and room for boules.
Shops, restaurant and bar 300 yard walk. Scenic walks to river and woods from the doorstep!
Sandy beaches 20 mins drive. Redon and La Roche-Bernard for markets, boat trips, medieval cobbled streets. Horse riding at Nivillac, kayaking at Foleux, Golf at Caden 5km away.
VILLA RENTAL RATES: July 3 - Sept 4th, £499 per week; June and September £350 per week; October - end March, from £99 (plus electricity ) per week. April and May £299 per week.

Meal and wine available on arrival by arrangement. Either a cold platter or home made quiche ,with salads and bread plus, a jug of wine £7 per person. Linen also, £11 per person inc bed , linen and towels. (No beach towels)
Pay with English cheque in Sterling, or a eurocheque.

Its a 20 minute drive from our cottage and well worth a visit. Redon offers exactly the same, but on Mondays"
