Renovated farmhouse and 2 gites in peaceful rural hamlet, Ambon 2km, Morbihan, Brittany.
Ambon (2km) offers Sunday market, excellent crêperie and local shopping. Beaches within 5 mins (7km) at Damgan. Easy access to the Gulf of Morbihan (15km) and historical Vannes (22 km).
Farmhouse accommodation comprises:
Downstairs. Fitted kitchen (gas hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine). Bathroom/wc. Separate wc. Dining room. Sitting room with sofabed.
Upstairs. Master bed with en suite shower. Two bedrooms with single beds. Outside. Large grounds with decking/patio furniture and bbq.
Gite 1 has 2 large bedrooms and a sofabed downstairs and Gite 2 has 2 bedrooms. Both have 2 ring hobs, mini-oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge.
Electric heating throughout. Local caretaker for farmhouse and gites.
