The farmhouse is close to picturesque Lac de Guerledan. The hamlet is a heritage site with an ancient burial chamber (allee courverte), menhirs and a chapel. The property has unobstructed views over unspoilt countryside to Pontivy in the south and Clegurec 5km away in the west.

Ground floor. Open plan fully equipped kitchen caters for all needs and the adjoining dining area with cd player, books and board games. Great communal area for wining, dining and planning the next days activities. A large lounge area with open fire has a tv and dvd player with a selection of dvds. There is also a large downstairs shower room and wc.

First floor. Three bedrooms - one double, one double plus single, 2 singles plus cot. Large bathroom with over shower and wc. The house is tastefully decorated and well appointed throughout with 2 open fireplaces and centrally heated on request.

Outside. Comprises large garden to front with fruit trees, cider cave, barbecue, outside dining and there is a selection of garden games and a boules area. Property also has a cave and barn. English caretakers are on hand to assist with any requests and can offer taxi and babysitting duties if required.

Local Area. Cleguerec (5km) has all amenities required, supermarket, boulangeries, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, childrens play areas and a sports centre.

Lake Guerledan (Brittany’s largest inland lake 18km long) is some 15 minutes away and provides waterside restaurants, all watersports, excellent walking and a number of other places of interest.

Pontivy some 20 mins away is a town of 2 contrasts, medieval streets and a Napoleon quarter. It provides excellent shopping, excellent restaurants, open air and covered swimming pools and country walks along the Nantes-Brest Canal and riverside footpaths.

Bot er Mohet's central location makes it ideal for visiting north and south coasts as well as being 1hr 15 mins from Roscoff and St Malo.
