The longere is situated at the end of a private road, which is not shared by anyone else apart from the holidaymakers using the longere. There are many tracks and paths for you to explore which are suitable for cycling and walking. There are no immediate neighbours to our longere and it is totally surrounded by farm fields, yet within 5 minutes drive to our local village which has boulangeries, bars, chemist, Post Office, boucheries and a large leisure lake with trim trail, small animal park, café, swings and playgrounds.

There are 3 double bedrooms with en suites, 3 doubles, 2 triple bedrooms and 2 shower rooms ~ all situated on the 1st floor of the longere. Bedding is changed once a week, towels are not provided but can be hired if required. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. A fully-fitted kitchen with large range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave and all mod cons. Electric and gas are included in the price. Leading off of the kitchen is a breakfast area.

There is the main lounge with open doors to the terrace and pool area, along with a large dining area which seats 18 people, with an open fireplace which leads to the kitchen and breakfast area.

A tv room is situated at one end with French tv, video and dvd players and hi-fi system. At the other end of the lounge there is a pool table (pub size), chess and board games. Also a small library for reading is situated in this room.

Outside, there is a solar panel heated outdoor swimming pool with fencing and alarm. The pool has a shallow and deep end, ranging from half a metre to one and a half metres, with a set of steps to enter in the shallow end. This will be cleaned daily. The gardens are mainly set to lawn to allow children to play ~ with swings, badminton, basketball, but there are also areas of shades within the wooded area to shelter from the midday sun. Hottest time is 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm. There is a large patio area adjacent to the pool area with loungers, seating area and barbecue.
