The property is set in the Gulf of Morbihan. Nearby Sarzeau boasts a superb seafront to the south and the beautiful Gulf to the north - a large inner sea scattered with tiny islands which are mainly bird sanctuaries. The area is also a paradise for watersports and sailing.

The larger sandy beaches on the Bay of Biscay are within a short cycle ride (Plage de Penvins 5km), linking back to the Gulf side of the Presqu’ile de Rhuys by various coastal or cycle paths. Visit the nearby Chateau de Suscinio (5km), or the bird lovers haven around Le Hezo. The medieval city of Vannes is just 23km away, or take your bicycles down to Port Navalo and onto a boat for a trip to Belle Ile or Ile Aux Moines. Several smaller islands are within a short cycle ride, near St Armel, along with a short ferry hop to Sene, south of Vannes. St Colombier (1km) has a bar, creperie, restaurant and Tourist Information Office. Bathrooms:	There is a wc downstairs and large family size shower room upstairs.
Entertainment on-site:	26 inch LCD television with English satellite channels and radio is available as well as digital and terrestrial French channels and dvd/cd player with full stereo. An outdoor Cornilleau Club outdoor table tennis table is folded away in the garage.
Garden and outside:	The garden furniture includes sunloungers as well as outdoor table and chairs. There is a swing and both an outdoor table tennis table and barbecue are located in the garage.
Parking and garaging:	The garage is used solely for storage. However, the gated driveway offers plenty of off-road parking for several cars.
General:	For those with small children there is a travelcot, highchair, bed-guard and a stairgate which can be fitted on request. Heating is via wall mounted convector heaters, and the first 100Kwh of electricity is included in each weeks rental. additional use at 0.15 Euro/kWh. Linen is also available for hire. A 250 Euro security deposit is required to be held by the caretaker on arrival.
