Rooms with spectacular lake or garden views. Includes: electric, water, heating and welcome pack. Tv/dvd/cd and fans in all studios. Bathrooms in all the studios contain massage showers, marble vanity unit and wc. Themed Narnia bed in our "Belle Vue" family rooms.
MILL HOUSE:
Choose the "Mill House" option and you will have 8 bedrooms in total including a romantic 4-poster bed in the master bedroom, balcony with stunning views across the lake and en suite bathroom with spa bath. Large living room with cosy log fire and leather 3 piece suite.
Towels and bed linen optional. Some disabilities catered for.
Garden with 26ft covered pool. Large bbq and garden furniture, swings and slide. Free leisure activities: gym, pool table, table tennis, volley ball, badminton, French boules, palets. Special activities available on request. Jujitsu lessons.
Optional extras: bouncy castle, cot, highchair and full baby facilities, towels and linen, bike hire, port or airport transfers, babysitting.
Well behaved dogs welcome.
Carp fishing in private lakes 10 mins, also many communal lakes and rivers by permit. Bird-watching - resident owls and over 60 species spotted by a previous guest! Cycling. Lake walks right on the doorstep and a 611 hectare forest just 5 mins away. Lots of wildlife. Glorious beaches 25 mins. Historic market town of Guerlesquin where you will find supermarket, bars, restaurants, plan d'eau with man-made beach and fishing and horse riding at just 10 mins. Morlaix 20 mins. Roscoff port 50 mins. Brest Airport 1 hour. Dinard and St Malo ports 2 hours. At least 3 golf courses in under an hour, nearest being just 20 miles.
