Idyllic stone cottage with lots of character. Three double bedrooms, 1 with en suite facilities, recently refurbished to a high standard. Enclosed south facing rear garden, edged by a forest, close to amenities within the friendly village. Lots of historical sites and leisure activities for individuals, couples and families.

The village of Plédéliac has lots to offer its visitors. The Tabac serves 3 course meals for as little as €9.50 with wonderful hostesses, there is a bakers, butchers, small supermarket, Post Office, hairdressers and pharmacist. There are local amenities for tennis, football and beautiful nature walks.

Lambelle (our nearest town) is just under 10 mins drive. The historic cities of Dinan (extremely worthwhile visit) and Montcontour are 20 mins by car. Dinard and St Malo beautiful sites and places to visit are 40 mins drive. Jugon-les-Lacs has lots to see and do, ie outdoor pool, fishing and sailing and is approx 10 mins by car.

The wonderful sandy beaches and coves of the Côtes d'Armor are within 20-25 mins drive from the cottage, details of superb beaches are available on our website or directly at the cottage.

Six golf courses within 30 mins. Some overlooking the glorious coastline of the Côtes d'Armor.

St Malo 50 mins. Caen 2 hours. Roscoff 2 hours. Cherbourg 2½ hours. Calais 4½ hours.

Arival from 4pm on Saturday. Departure by 10am on Saturday. This is not a fixed arrangement we will try and accommodate your preferences.
