Charming traditional Breton house in pretty village, close to the Nantes-Brest Canal and Brittany beaches.
Le Bourg is a charming and spacious traditional stone house with a large secluded garden, situated opposite the village church in the pretty village of Ste Trephine. Roscoff and St Malo approximately 90 mins drive. Caen 3 hours.
The accommodation offers bathroom, separate wc, 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom. Sleeps 6.
The master bedroom has views over the garden and surrounding countryside. The downstairs accommodation includes a largen dining room with granite fireplace/woodburner. French doors lead onto an attractive patio with garden furniture and bbq. The house has electric heating.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave oven.
Ste Trephine is centrally located for Brittany's beautiful beaches. The village is a short distance from the legendary Forest le Argoat, the Nantes-Brest Canal and the magnificent Lac de Guerlédan, one of the finest sights of Central Brittany. The lake offers watersports facilities, with a popular sandy beach suitable for all the family. Fishing, horse riding, golf, crazy golf are all within easy driving distance. The nearby towns of Rostrenen, Pontivy and St Brieuc offer excellent shopping, markets, friendly bars, restaurants and crêperies. The Abbaye de Bon-Repos has a de Son et Lumiere in August (20 mins drive).
