You will need to supply your own bedlinen.
Bathrooms:	Separate toilet and shower room with wash basin. The shower is themostatically controlled.
Kitchen:	The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, full sized cooker, gas hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, mini oven, microwave, iron, coffee maker etc.
Dining:	A highchair is available on request.
Living area:	The lounge area is bright and airy. There are various games and books available if required. Fan heaters are supplied for chilly evenings. All windows and doors are double glazed and there are electrically operated shutters on all windows.
Outside :	There are ample areas surrounding the property for your use. The cottage has an enclosed south facing gravelled courtyard, ideal for soaking up the sun and ensures that the little ones cant wander. There is also a more shady area to the side. A barbecue, patio furniture, sun lounger are supplied. There is adequate parking space at the front and side of the property. There is no passing traffic.
General:	The cottage is all on one level. Bread and patisseries can be bought daily (including Sunday) from a mobile boulangerie and there are small but adequate supermarkets within 5-10 minutes drive.
