Stunning 17th century property with 2 beautifully converted gites. Set in over 2 acres of private land with fabulous views of the Normandy countryside but just a 5 minute walk to the village, with its excellent restaurant, bakery, bar and convenience store. Easy driving distance from ferry ports, beaches, Mont St Michel and historic towns of Normandy, Brittany and the Loire.

The Farmhouse. Six bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.

The Villa. Double and twin rooms, and 1 large shower room.

The Farmhouse. The Farmhouse has been elegantly restored and can accommodate up to 14 people in comfortable bedrooms, each full of character and charm. The house is arranged over 2 levels and has plenty of space for large groups. We have a double room with a traditional French sleigh bed and adjoining twin bed annex. There are 2 further double rooms (including one king), 1 twin room and an extremely beautiful family room with an antique wooden double bed, 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. Also, there are 2 additional large shower rooms. All rooms have central heating and alcove windows with fantastic views across the gardens. The kitchen has a beautiful stone fireplace with a wood-burning fire and is fully fitted with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large farmhouse table for those long evening meals by the fire. The living area is in the traditional French style and we have a tv, dvd and video player with a well-stocked library.

The Villa. The Villa sleeps up to 6 people and has a light, airy, Mediterranean feel. The bedrooms are bright, sunny and beautifully decorated with local artisanal furniture. The master bedroom has a lovely oak sleigh bed and double doors leading out to the front of the property. The twin room has 2 single beds and a view out to the gardens at the rear of the house. We have a double pull-out sofa bed in the main living area and a modern shower room with heated towel rail. The living area and kitchen are open-plan, spacious and very comfortable. Here you can find a large range cooker and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. The dining table seats 6 and the living area has comfy sofas with tv, video and dvd player.

Activities. Golden sandy beaches 40 minutes, swimming complex 10 minutes, horse riding, fishing, aquapark and karting within 20 minutes. Golf (9 hole) 30 minutes and 27 hole links course under 1 hour. Free tennis in the village.
