Bathrooms:	A shower room which includes a beautiful Italian style shower tray, a heated towel rail and hanging facilities, sink and under cupboard storage. Separate toilet with wash-hand basin.
Living area:	Open plan dual aspect living area with a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen to include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and all the utensils you could wish for. The breakfast bar leads onto the lounge area which includes a sound-system, television and dvd, a very comfortable high quality sofabed with matching armchair, decorated to a nautical theme in neutral colours.
Outside :	A beautiful walled courtyard garden, not overlooked, with a large decked area leading from the main living area equipped with a dining set and cast iron decorative table. Planted borders, a barbecue area and sunbeds. Suitable for both sun and shade lovers.
General:	OPEN ALL YEAR. We also offer optional services at an extra cost in order to make your stay even more pleasurable, ie, bedding hire, towels, end of stay cleaning. Sorry but we do not accept pets
Suitability:	The house is maintained to a very high standard and is appropriately equipped for year round use. Long lets and short breaks are available between October and May. There are no restrictions on starting days, subject only to existing bookings.
