Nearest ferry port:	Roscoff is the nearest port at just 99km, a 1½hr drive. The second closest is St Malo 194km, a 3hr drive
Nearest restaurant:	There is the on-site restaurant - Au Potager - which caters for all including a childens menu. There are plenty of eating places to suit all tastes within easy walking distance
Location and activities:	We are situated just a little outside of Quimper town centre, about a 15 minute walk. There are plenty of local shops without actually going into Quimper just a couple of minutes walk away. There is a bowling alley with adventure playground, an indoor swimming pool and a lovely scenic boating lake, again all within a few minutes walk from the campsite
Bedrooms:	Our homes have 2 bedrooms, one a double (2 of our homes have extra space for a cot) and then there is a twin room. The sofa in the lounge serves as an extra double if needed. There are wardrobes (with plenty of hangers), bedside cabinets and over-bed storage
Bathrooms:	We have good sized shower rooms with a vanity basin and ample storage for towels and toiletries. The toilet is separate for convenience and privacy
Kitchen:	Our well equipped kitchen will have all you could possibly wish for in the way of dishes, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. There is a gas hob, electric toaster and kettle, a combi microwave (including microwaveable dishes) and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Each of our homes has a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm for complete safety
Dining:	The dining area has a table and enough seating to comfortably seat 6
Living area:	The living area is open-plan with the dining area, there is an L-shaped sofa situated underneath a window, which also serves as an extra double bed. You will find a tv which is suitable for cds/dvds of which you will find a small selection for your enjoyment. We have also provided a few family games. There is a fixed wall heater should the evenings become cool. Two fans are provided at no extra cost and a portable fan heater. We do not charge extra for gas and electricity
Entertainment on-site:	The site is well worthy of its 4* rating, there are numerous activities and each day there are some organised activities for both adults and children if you would like to join in. There is basketball, football, boules, netball, shiatsu, fishing, cycling, 'Little Tykes' style cars for younger children, a heated swimming pool - with kiddies splash pool, 2 kiddies play areas, sandpit, trampoline, tennis, ping-pong, bar, organised trips and walks, archery, mini-golf and in high season there is a kids club which runs from early until late to suit your needs. PLANNED FOR 2008 - pony trekking around the campsite and a 9-hole golf course with pitch and putt practice field
Outside:	Outside of our homes you will find a fully furnished decked area, with 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers, table, parasol and bbq. There is a private garden space for your enjoyment and relaxation and ample space to park your vehicle
General:	Our homes are in a great location, being sited in the grounds of a beautiful 14th century château, Château Lanniron, which was once home to Cornwall's Bishops. The River Odet literally runs through the grounds making a lovely setting and ideal for fishing (no licence needed on the estate border). On the first Sunday of your stay, you are invited to a welcome meeting when you take a guided tour of the grounds and learn all the history of the château and then on to the bar for drinks and nibbles with your host/hostess who will also inform you of what's on and where to go during your stay. Internet access is available in the bar and reception. Linen hire is available from the campsite, bookable in advance via ourselves to save disappointment
Suitability:	Our holidays are for families of all ages and couples. Groups of youths (girls or boys) are not allowed on the campsite
