Well equipped modern kitchen (cooker with 4 burner hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine) with large dining table area. Three bedrooms on first floor (one double bed, one twin bed, one bunk bed) and modern bathroom (bath with integral shower). Electric convector heaters throughout. Metered electricity (charged at cost price). Laundry room (washing machines and irons).

11.2 x 4.2m heated swimming pool - open end May - end September (shared with 2 other gites). Gamesroom (table tennis, pool). Large garden (furniture, barbecue). Ideal location for cycling, walking and fishing. Lake with safe, sandy beaches nearby. Easy drive from both North and South coasts, also the ferry ports of St Malo and Roscoff and the airports at Dinard, Rennes and Brest.

Location and activities:	St-Samson has a rural setting with direct access to the Nantes-Brest Canal and the River Blavet making it an ideal location for walking, cycling and fishing holidays. Nearby is the Lac de Guerledan with its safe sandy beaches and full range of watersports (swimming, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, pedalos etc). Golf courses, tennis courts and horse riding facilities can be found nearby if you want an active holiday. Whilst St-Samson enjoys open views and peace and quiet it is only a short drive (10 mins) to the bustling town of Pontivy with its medieval castle and good range of hypermarkets, shops, restaurants and other amenities. Being in Central Brittany, both the Northern and Southern coasts of the region are within easy reach (1hr drive). Explore the rugged coasts with miles of sandy beaches or the tourist beaches at St Brieuc and Carnac. Visit the towns of Vannes, Carnac, Quimper, St Brieuc and Rennes, all within a 2 hour drive or stay at home and relax beside the pool.

General:	St-Samson is the perfect location for both adults and children. Plenty to do in the area and on-site, yet you can still enjoy peace and quiet and relax
