Outside:	Seating for 10-12 people, large bbq, lovely kept gardens, parking for 6-8 cars, private woodland, large trampoline, and lots of other garden summer games
General:	Don't forget the bar and gamesroom - full size pool table, PlayStation, airhockey, table football, darts, tv and full surround sound system with disco lights and last but not least the BAR itself (sorry you'll have to stock it with your own booze) also a fridge to keep those beers cold
Suitability:	Suitable for the family and even 2 families at once. Le Rocher is a very big house and lends itself to being occupied and used by a family or 2!

"The best thing to do at Le Rocher is to relax and enjoy the peace!! The house has its own small forest and the property is completely fenced in, so letting the kids run wild and free is no bother or worries!! Failing that the property is well equipped with every game/gadget for the kids small or big to relax. Put the kids to bed let them watch a dvd/video and you adults either warm by the fire or relax outside on the patio with the child monitor! To be honest we designed the house around what we as a family wanted to do when we go on holiday - relax have fun and let the hair down."

'The Swimming Complex'
"What a pool. Why don't we have these in the UK!!?? Indoor and outdoor pools, slides, kiddies play areas, sunloungers, spas, even "tidal rivers". And the price is even better 7 Euros for an adult! GREAT FOR THE KIDS BETTER FOR THE ADULTS!!! All this is only 3 kilometres up the road."
