The area is good for walking and cycling. Fishing, golf, horse riding and watersports are some of the activities to be found in the area.

The accommodation provided is for up to 8 people. There is a lounge, satellite tv, with french windows to the enclosed garden and patio. The kitchen has a large dining table and is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils for up to 8 people. It also has a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and log burning stove. The is also a tumbledryer in the barn.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower room. The first floor has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with family bathroom.

In the barn is the table tennis table and the store for garden furniture. The log store is at the back of the barn. All gas central heating, power and lighting is provided and sheets/pillowcases can be supplied for a small charge. There is ample parking beside the barn.
