Our house is on the beautiful Crozon Peninsula in the historic peaceful harbourside village of Landervennec. Views from the lounge and decking  look out over the garden, pine forests and the sea which is the protected waters of the Rade of Brest .

 

The spectacular peninsula is mainly a national park. Pretty, historic villages and wonderful uncrowded sandy beaches. It is a great area for walking, cycling, sailing, surfing, diving etc and there are numerous interesting places to visit. Horse riding and fishing nearby. Nearby resorts such as Morgat and Camaret have a wealth of activities, shops and restaurants.

 

The port of Roscoff is just 1 hour's drive away and St. Malo 2 hours 30 minutes. Brest  and Quimper are 1 hour away. There are flights into Brest from the UK.

 

As you will see from the photographs the interior is contemporary and our furnishings are new.

Kitchen: Open plan. A recently installed modern kitchen, 4-ring electric hob and fan cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and all kitchen equipment. Cutlery, crockery, table mats. But please provide your own teacloths. Washing machine and tumbledryer in basement. The dining area seats 6 people. Electric heaters throughout.
Living area: Open plan. Patio glass doors onto large decking, 3 sets of double doors to the front. Sofas, coffee table, sideboard etc. Electric heater.
Bedrooms: No 1 with twin beds, duvets and pillows.
No 2 with double bed, duvet and pillows.
Wardrobe and chest of drawers in each room.
Please provide your own duvet covers and pillow cases.
Electric heater.
Bathrooms: One bath and shower and handbasin. Heated towel rail. Separate wc and handbasin. Please provide your own towels.
Entertainment on-site: 36" lcd tv - radio with cd player. Some table games and boule. No childrens games.
Garden and outside: Large decking with garden furniture and bbq.
Parking and garaging: Plenty of parking in driveway.
Suitability: Young children need to be supervised on decking. We will consider well behaved pets.
General: Village - a short walk away. A small harbour with sailing. Historic monastery where you can visit. Church. Shop. Tennis. Tourist Office in high season. The interesting and historic town of Crozon has a market each Friday. Many lovely patisseries, and restaurants. There are several supermarkets including a large LeClerc.
