This magnificent property sleeps up to 15 people in 6 en suite bedrooms and is particularly suitable for large groups of families or friends who are interested in golf, walking, cycling, fishing or water skiing as it is situated close to Lac de Guerledan. Le Manoir has lovely light rooms and the lounge area has an impressive granite fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you will need and the separate dining room is perfect for bringing you all together for meals and celebrations.

Le Manoir is totally private and stands in over 4 acres bordered by oak trees to the west. The enclosed front of the property faces south and includes the walled courtyard and garage. The rear is landscaped and has a lawn where there is a large splash pool ideal for childrens supervised play or for adults wanting to cool down.

Le Manoir de Notheret is situated in the small hamlet of Notheret with magnificent south facing views over the Breton countryside. Notheret is found between the Napoleonic village of Gourec on the Nantes-Brest Canal and the lovely village of St Nicholas du Pelem.
