It is a 5 minute drive from the village of Lupersat and 15 minutes to the market town of Auzances. Nearby there are a number of lakes for both fishing and swimming and a wide selection of other outdoor pursuits including horse riding, walking and cycling. The location is close to Aubusson, the historic centre of French tapestry manufacturing and is only 45 minutes drive from the city of Clermont Ferrand and Volcania theme park.

Accommodation. Lounge with dining table and 6 chairs, sofas, television, dvd player and wood burning stove. Fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker and table and chairs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and dressing room off, plus a childs bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom is twin bedded. There is a shower room with wash basin and toilet.

The enclosed garden has table, chairs, sun beds and a bbq.
