There are many golf courses dotted about Brittany North and East, 9 hole as well as 18 hole. Choose from lush green courses set in wooded parkland, bordering natural lakes or rivers or even overlooking the sea. St Briac sur Mer, home to the second oldest golf course in France, offers a challenging 5729 yd, 18 hole course (par 68) with panoramic views over the sea. The largest course in Brittany, Saint Malo Le Trochet, is in a lakeside and forest setting. It has plenty of hazards including lots of water and huge bunkers so a tricky course. There is a bar/restaurant plus terrace which has great views over the course.
