Tennis 3km Levignac, horse riding 3km, canoeing at Allemans 7km. Mountain bikes delivered to the farm. Go-karting Sainte Bazeille 10km. | General: | It an expansive pretty area unpretensious, with a number of typical French smallholdings. Once you have visited the Syndicat D'iniatif either at Duras or Marmande you will be astonished by what is around to do and see. |
| Suitability: | The house is single storey. No stairs to bedrooms etc. But short single steps to exterior. House on slight slope. Could be negotiated by wheel chair. Pool is alarmed but unfenced, small children must be supervised rigidly |
