Just minutes to beaches, sea and river, our house is set in a ½ acre garden with a large lawned area and a small wooded area. There are mature oaks, ash and chestnut and many birds visit the garden. The house has been constructed as 2 self-contained apartments and is available as 1 unit or 2, each having 2 bedrooms, large, open-plan dining/living rooms and fully-fitted, well equipped kitchens. It is ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together yet retain some privacy.
There are coastal, river and country walks or relax in the garden with a book and a glass of wine or local cider. In the cooler months enjoy a log fire using seasoned logs from our garden.
The washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage ensure that you don’t use all your car space bringing extra clothes. Bbqs, garden tables/chairs are provided for both apartments. There are radiators in all rooms.
No need to worry about hidden extras: electricity, gas and water are included in the price and bed linen and towels may be hired at a reasonable price if you prefer not to bring your own.

| Nearest restaurant: | La Véranda,in Kergroes, is 10 minutes on foot and there are many others locally; Le Pressoir du Garzon, well known for its crepes and steaks, L'Auberge de la Mer overlooking the bay at Kerfany, L'Arbretin on the road on the way to Moelan, Chez Jackie in Riec overlooking the port on the otherside of our Port du Belon and famous for its seafood, Les Moulins des Ducs which is famous locally, several in nearby Quimperlé, and there many others in other nearby ports and villages. |
| Location and activities: | Situated near the coast and the River Belon it is well-placed for swimming, fishing and other watersports. There is a sailing school nearby too. Bikes are available for hire from the cycle shop in Moelan. Tennis courts can be reserved in Moelan. There is a weekly market in Moelan every Tuesday am and in other local towns most days of the week. Places to visit include medieval towns such as Quimperlé, Quimper & Vannes and zoos such as Pont Scorf etc. There are also golf courses in the area. In the village of Kergröes (approximately 1 mile), there is a baker's, a small supermarket, a café-tabac, a GP's, aservice station, a garage and a hairdresser's In Moëlan-sur-Mer there are more shops including a large Intermarché, a tourist office, and next door to the tourist office a wine merchant. Within 20 minutes there are also other large supermarkets including LeClerc in Quimperlé. |

"A variety of restaurants to suit all pockets in easy reach of our home near Kerfany Plage.
Le Pressoir du Garzon (2½ miles) on the road to Moelan is well known for its pancakes and steaks, whilst Chez Jacky in Riec is famous for its fish. L'Auberge de la Mer overlooking Kerfany Bay has a varied menu and the Verandah in Kergroes is a good family restaurant."
