Ground floor. Open plan lounge with inglenook fireplace and woodburner, satellite tv, dvd, hi-fi. Dining area seats 6-8, plus highchair. Study with futon. Two bathrooms. Utility with washer/drier. Fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.

Upstairs. (Electric heaters) 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom. Cot available. Bathroom.

Large enclosed garden with mini orchard, kids play area, garden furniture and bbq.

Entertainment on-site: Apart from the tv, dvd and cd players, there is also a playstation, lots of books, boardgames and toys at your disposal.
Outside: The cottage stands in its own grounds of 1/3 acre with spectacular views of the countryside. The interior is furnished and equipped to a very high standard for optimum comfort. There is a tree swing and play area in the garden for children and plenty of space for bbqs or soaking up the rays on a sunbed. For the more energetic, try a game of boules or badminton!
General: The cottage is not overlooked and offers the perfect base for exploring sw Brittany and its beaches.
Suitability: The cottage is ideally suited to families or groups of friends who want their own space, without being overlooked. Chill out in the garden over a glass of wine until the sun goes down!
