Pretty, traditional cottage 2km from Pointe du Raz and 1km from a beautiful west facing beach (Baie des Trepasses). All village amenities in Plogoff (3.5 km) and 10 minutes drive to Audierne where there are a variety of shops, restaurants, leisure activities and a busy weekly market. Quimper is half an hours drive.
From the cottage a footpath leads past a farm and over some fields to the beach. There are many other attractive beaches nearby. Good walking on GR 34 (coastal path) and local path network. Amenities and activities nearby include :-
- canoeing/kayaking – Audierne
- horse riding 4km
- surfing and surf school – Baie des Trepasses
- sailing and sailing school – Audierne
- Isle de Sein ferry – Audierne
- bird reserve – Cap Sizun (10 mins drive)
- museums and cathedral – Quimper (½ hour drive)
The cottage is simply but comfortably furnished.
Kitchen
Gas hob, microwave, fridge, fully supplied with crockery and cookware etc. Table and stools. (No oven although there is a barbecue available for the garden. Also, please note no washing machine as yet but there is a good launderette in Audierne).
Living Room
Log burning fire. Ample seating. Dining table and chairs.
Downstairs bedroom
Double bed. Bed settee. Large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Upstairs bedroom
Furnished as a childrens room with 3 single beds, bedside tables and plenty of play space.
Shower room and separate wc
Garden
Secluded to rear. Bbq, garden furniture and hammock.
Linen etc.
All bed linen is supplied. Please bring own towels and tea towels.

| Suitability: | Perfect for families looking for a "bucket and spade" holiday but also suitable for couples or teenagers who are keen surfers as the nearby beach is busy with surfers at all times of the year. The upstairs bedroom is accessed by a steep stair so is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems and there are three steps between the living area and the kitchen. |
