"Huelgoat, meaning "the tall woods", is just 10 minutes away. It's a very picturesque little town, nestling on the edge of a lake. It has many quaint little restaurants and bars, a supermarket and a local produce market each Thursday.
It is set in the Armorique National Park, which offers many diverse landscapes and activities. Well-marked trails lead through the beautiful forest along cascading rivers, strewn with massive moss-covered boulders."
