This recently converted farmhouse has been renovated to a good standard by the owners. Situated in beautiful countryside it is only 5km from the town of St Meen-le-Grand which has a cinema, indoor swimming pool, large supermarket, good restaurants and bars.
One hour's drive from the nearest clean sandy beaches and the fashionable resorts of Val-Andre, Sable d'Or and La Baule to the south.
Good golf courses, the nearest half an hour away at Ploemel, we even provide 2 sets of golf clubs should you wish to have a game! Bicycles also provided as Brittany is great cycling country. Fishing nearby.
Outside there is a large bbq area with decking, above ground swimming pool 3'6"deep x 24' long with patio area and garden furniture.

The farmhouse has one twin bedded, 3 double bedded rooms, and 2 bathrooms including showers. Duvets provided but please bring your own sheets, duvet covers and towels. Fitted kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and all crockery and cooking utensils. Lounge area has tv with video and dvd players and log burning stove - logs provided.
The house also has a gamesroom with table tennis table, pool table, dartboard and log burning stove.
Cot, highchair provided.
