Unique 2 person property set in large wooded gardens with mill race and river. Off the beaten track, Le Moulin is 5 minutes drive from Lignol or Kernascléden with baker and mini-market. Nearest towns Guemene and Plouey, each 8km. Thirty minutes from south coast with a mix of sandy beaches and rocky coves. Open plan accommodation with separate shower and toilet room. Mezzanine double bedroom. Gas cooking and oil fired heating. Barbecue and garden furniture. Washing machine available.
A heavily wooded area area that is ideal for walking and cycling. Changeover day Wednesday. Not suitable for children. We request that guests do not smoke inside the property.
