Ideally situated in a peaceful hamlet between Locminé and Josselin just 25 miles from the coast. Local amenities (3 miles) include bakers, supermarket, banks, restaurants, bars and lake with museum and gardens. Ideal for exploring Brittany, the Gulf of Morbihan with wonderful beaches and islands, the medieval towns of Vannes and Josselin. Fishing, tennis, golf all available locally. Watersports nearby.

The owners pride themselves on the cleanliness of both gites, which were fully refurbished with considerable attention to detail in 2004. Each has a fully equipped kitchen – cooker, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave. English tv/dvd, wood burning fires and electric radiators, large garden with bbqs and furniture.

Kerbihan. Three bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin), shower/bathroom and wc, spacious lounge/kitchen and separate dining room. Downstairs shower/wc.

Kermeur. Four bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin), shower/bathroom/wc, kitchen/lounge/dining room. Downstairs shower/wc. (Downstairs double bedroom and shower/wc make this suitable for our less mobile guests).

Smoke alarms, fire blankets, extinguishers and stairgates are provided for your safety. All linen provided except towels. Cots, highchairs available. Non smokers please.
