This comfortable Breton cottage is situated in a quiet rural village but within a short drive of the delightful Southern Brittany coast and the interesting towns, rivers and canals in this attractive area of France. The area is good for walking and cycling. Fishing, golf, horse riding and watersports are some of the activities to be found in the area.
The accommodation provided is for up to 8 people. There is a lounge, satellite tv, wi-fi available. French windows lead to the enclosed garden and patio. The kitchen has a large dining table and is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils for up to 8 people. It also has a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and wood burning stove. There is also a tumbledryer in the barn.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower room. The first floor has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with family bathroom.
In the barn is the table tennis table and the store for garden furniture. The log store is at the back of the barn. All gas central heating, power and lighting is provided also sheets/pillowcases There is ample parking beside the barn.
