Ancient Breton Gite with Pool North of Josselin. This property is in a rural village setting.
La Maison Cidre (The Cider House)
Imaginatively restored Breton house in a small hamlet close to a village. Surrounded by countryside good for walking and cycling. A nearby lake has a beach and café and the north and south coasts of Brittany are only an hour by car.
La Maison Cidre has an outdoor pool, summerhouse, table tennis, badminton, boule, bbq and a canopy and furniture for outdoor eating.
The village has a bar, shop, hairdresser and small art and crafts gallery.
Just 10 minutes away through the Forest of Lanouee, Josselin has a grand chateau, a hotel on the canal, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Boats for hire in the summer.
Ploermel is a larger town, 15 minutes drive. Here you can join the Voie Vert a 57km cycle/walking route from Mauron to Questembert.
Both Josselin and Ploermel have good tourist information offices and a small tourist office at La-Trinite-Porhoet is just 5 minutes away for all the local information.
