In a quiet cul-de-sac, in the charming village of Surzur, the cottage is at the heart of the village within 150 metres of local shops, supermarket and bars. Surzur is only 10 minutes from the safe, sandy beaches of Morbihan, and within easy access of a golf course and many local tourist attractions. New to the village this year is a fantastic new Aqua Park with waterslides, indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzi.

| Garden and outside: | Off the kitchen is a new 25' conservatory with relaxing chairs and a dining area. This is glass on all sides and all can be open to the courtyard. In the courtyard there is further patio funiture and Webber bbq. |
| Parking and garaging: | We are in a cul-de-sac, so parking is out front and very safe. There is no garage on-site. |
| Suitability: | This is a great family property, well equipped for baby and toddler (bath, stairgate etc) and also great for extended family guests and friends (with the 2 double bedded rooms). It is also suitable for single couples or groups of couples. |
| General: | We have been letting the property for 8 years now and always get very high praise and reviews. Beyond the beaches, Morbihan is a great area to explore and the cottage is the ideal location to do both! |
