Discover Breton charm at our luxurious Gites des
Anges set in 8 acres of beautiful rural countryside near the pretty market town
of Josselin.
Luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom gites/cottages (sleeps 5/6 and 6/7) or
available together (sleeps 10/12).
Having both been totally renovated to a
very high standard our gite cottages offer relaxing, luxury self catering
accommodation.
Both have use of new heated, fenced, 10 x 5m pool with
telescopic cover, hot tub, 60 foot Boules court, wireless internet, Satellite
tv, dvd and cd player, superbly equipped kitchens, large private patios with
garden furniture, 5 burner bbqs, ground floor wc, so convenient when using
pool/garden.
Included in the rental price are: All electricity (heaters at
small extra charge), gas and water, quality linen, duvets, robes and towels and
8 bicycles. Picnic sites are provided throughout our 8 acres and the use of
local tennis courts (free).
Watersports can be enjoyed at nearby Lac au
Duc, Brittany's largest natural lake, with beaches for swimming, picnic areas,
pedalo, dinghy and Hobie Cat hire.

The childrens' play area has swings, sandpit and table tennis etc and plenty of room to run around. There is also a football area with a netted goal, a great favourite! The 60 foot long Boules court is a new addition. Each gite has its own patio area, equipped with quality patio furniture with quality cushions and tableware. Large 5 burner gas bbqs compliments the outside dining areas, with the addition of family sized picnic hampers for one day excursions. Positioned throughout the parkland and landscaped gardens are picnic tables, so that you may enjoy dining outside in a variety of locations. |

Returning to Gites des Anges, the heated, fenced, in-ground pool has a telescopic cover for all weather use and has been designed and installed to the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Containing mature oaks, sweet chestnut, birch and other trees the 8 acres also have picnic tables set at strategic locations throughout for guests to enjoy this marvellous facility. |

'Golf'
"Golf is catered for by a charming course at Lac au Duc, 12 minutes drive from the gites and there is a larger course at Rhuys-Kerver 5 miles from Sarzeau."
'Josselin'
"Josselin is an interesting medieval town with lots to see and do.
It has the status 'Petite Cité de Caractère' with the Nantes-Brest Canal running through its centre, and a towpath making it excellent for cycling.
The town square is impressive, with plenty of cafés and restaurants, and it overlooks the Basilica de Notre Dame du Roncier.
The Château of Josselin was restored in the 19th century.
Guided tours of the town are available, details from the Tourist Office which is located just outside the entrance to the château.
Another attraction is the Doll Museum, with a collection of over 500 antique dolls.
Bastille Day, 14th July, sees the inhabitants dressed in medieval costume to celebrate their history.
