Our delightful holiday gite offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In addition a baby’s travel cot and a toddler’s mattress/ready bed are provided.
On the ground floor we have a bright and spacious open plan sitting and dining area with 2 sets of french windows that lead out to the patio and garden. Also leading from this area is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker and cooker/oven that is ideal for a self-catering family holiday. There is an adjacent laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs you will find 3 good sized bedrooms, a double, a twin room and a room with bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.
Outside is a large enclosed garden and driveway parking for 2 cars. We have a lovely sunny patio, a perfect place to simply sit and relax. There is space for children to play, swings and ropes, a bbq area and a boules pitch.
Les Myrtes is close to the Nantes-Brest Canal, Voie Vert and the beautiful medieval towns of Malestroit and Rocheforte-en-Terre. Also within easy reach of the wonderful harbour town of Vannes and the beaches of Southern Brittany. As well as a lovely beach, Carnac with its prehistoric stones, has one of Europe’s most important, ancient and mysterious archaeological sites with hundreds of massive standing stones.
Not far away, Brocéliande is the source of many Celtic legends: Merlin and Viviane, King Arthur and his Knights in search of the Holy Grail. The impressive chateau at Josselin is within easy reach.
At Rochefort-en-Terre and Carrentoir there are lakes with a beach where you can hire pedalos. There are also adventure and animal parks in the area.
Close by are St Marcel with its Museum of Resistance, Questembert's covered market and the old town of Ploermel with the Lac au Duc offering swimming, watersports, trampolining and a 9-hole golf course, with go-karting available in nearby Guillac.

| General: | Les Myrtes holiday cottage is an easy 10 minute walk from the centre of Pleucadeuc where you will find a good range of facilities and a friendly village atmosphere. There are 2 bars, a selection of shops, including a small but well-stocked supermarket; perfect for stocking up for your holiday! There is a boulangerie, hairdressers, butcher, Post Office, pharmacy and a newsagent selling postcards and stamps. There is also a doctor’s surgery. The village also has a children’s playground and a small fishing lake. Permits are available from the village bar. The Voie Vert, a disused railway track from Mauron to Questembert, runs close by and a network of towpaths, quiet country roads and other routes around Pleucadeuc make this an ideal area for cycling and walking. |

Les Myrtes self catering holiday cottage is available to rent all year round. The prices include the cost of electricity and gas and the use of the central heating in the low season. A charge for cleaning is not included as guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
