Comfortable Traditional Breton Stone Cottage. This property is in a rural setting.
Located in the tranquil hamlet of Guernanic, set in the owners private grounds, The Cottage has recently been tastefully renovated to offer comfortable accommodation within this central area of Brittany known as the Montagnes Noires. An original stone building, it is ideally placed as a base from which to explore this fascinating region of France with all three Breton coasts no more than 50 minutes drive and the canals and walkways just minutes away.
With a well equipped kitchen and separate dining area, visitors may choose to cater for themselves, or might prefer to book evening meals and/or breakfast as required.
A cosy lounge section provides space for relaxation along with free internet access, freeview satellite tv (French and English) plus dvd and video player.
Guests are welcome to make use of the large gardens and terraced areas, with fresh produce and free range eggs available according to season.
Special activities include informal bridge and language lessons by prior arrangement .
