3 Gites (BN000450) - St Nicolas du Pelem

The cottage is part of a group of farm buildings, the owners' house included, set amid 20 acres of its own land in a secluded wooded valley. This is a very quiet rural setting where nature abounds.

Stone Gite

The Gite consists of 2 upstairs bedrooms, with normal size double beds and 2 downstairs bedrooms with single beds. The main living room has a large table and chairs to seat 6, settees and a wood burning stove. The kitchen area is offset from the living room and is fully equipped. Gas cooker/oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee-maker, kettle, iron and ironing board, barbecue. Wood burning stove if needed.

The living area is open to the roof with the upstairs bedrooms being connected via a bridge. Please note that the stairs are quite steep.

Smoking is not permitted within the gite. Outside is a private enclosed orchard with garden furniture plus a secure garage to the side.

To the front is a common area and an open "club house" available for all to use.

Wooden Gite

Sleeps 2 to 5 people - linen, gas and electricity are included (towels extra).

Gas cooker with oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker, radio cd player, bbq. Outside washing line.

All the accommodation in the wooden house is on the same level and comprises a large living room with corner kitchen, a large table and chairs to seat 5, settee and easy chairs. There are french doors over looking the private garden. The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms, giving one double, one twin and one single bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Smoking is not permitted within the wooden house. Outside is a private enclosed garden with trees, garden furniture, large barbeque and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and access to the valley with the wildlife lake. To the rear is a car port garage.

Wood Cabin

Sleeps 2 - linen and electricity are included (towels extra).

Electric hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, radio cd player, bbq. Outside washing line

All the accommodation in the wood cabin is on the same level and comprises a dining area, compact kitchen, bedroom with bunk beds and shower room with wc and hand basin. Outside there is a small seating area to the front of the cabin. Smoking is not permitted within the wood cabin. Outside is a private garden with trees and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. To the rear is a bike port garage.
