Ground floor. Open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room (70m²) with beams, 3 sofas, 2 granite fireplaces, wood burning stove and central heating. The kitchen area is fully-fitted and there is a large dining table. Luxury bathroom. Laundry room.

First floor. Two double bedrooms and 2 twin. One shower room with separate wc. Enclosed garden with bbq, garden furniture, swings and slide. Cot, highchair, stairgate, buggy, bottle warmer, bicycles.

Roscoff 50 minutes. St Malo 90 minutes.

"Five mins drive takes you to the historic village of Guerlesquin, with places to eat, pizza parlours, creperie, hotel restaurant, good basic food at good prices. Thirty mins drive takes you to the coast with it's wonderful fresh fish restaurants. Within a 40 minute radius these activities can be reached, rambling, cycling, golf, seawater therapy, watersports, fishing, horse riding. There is a market for everyday of the week. Some of the best auction houses in Europe are in Morlaix 30 mins drive."
