Located within a small hamlet, Le Danot, it is situated at the edge of the Leguer Forest and Valley in Brittany, North Western France. It is easily accessible from the major ports of Roscoff (1hr) and St Malo (2hrs) and also Brest Airport (1hr). All via N12.
This is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding beautiful countryside, beaches and local chateaux of the magnificent Granite Rose Coast.
Baytree House is a traditional stone Breton farmhouse, furnished with period furniture to provide an ambient feeling for your French rural holiday. Comprising open plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
For those seeking a quiet holiday there are plenty of opportunities to cycle, walk through the forest, fish during the season (permits available locally), as well as opportunities to paint and draw. Golf nearby.
Also for the more adventurous, there is windsurfing, landsurfing, parasurfing and scubadiving.
The bustling town of Lannion, with its 15th century wooden Lilliput style houses is situated approx 20 minutes away.
The town squares and streets bristle with quality shops as well as numerous cafés and restaurants at which to stop for a relaxing drink, maybe lunch or a romantic evening meal.
An ideal time to visit is a Thursday for the traditional French street market offering fresh vegetables, seafood, local dairy products, clothing, footwear and a host of household goods.
The property is owned and managed by the owners who live on-site, and are available to offer assistance in making your holiday an enjoyable experience.
Available all year, the tariffs are as below and are based on 4 people sharing, for 1 week.
Price includes all bedding and towels, gas and electricity and is quoted in Euros payable on arrival.
